Workforce Development Training
The Enable Me Project provides unique inter-active training modules that are delivered by disabled trainers who have personal experience of living with disability.
Each module is designed to improve the capacity of your workforce by enabling staff to become truly inclusive in the workplace. Our targeted training will raise the confidence of your staff by removing the barriers that exist - usually as a result of lack of training, lack of understanding and lack of knowledge.
In our experience, the best way to challenge and change negative attitudes to disability is to empower people. By empowering the workforce and increasing access to universal services, this Workforce Development Project will enhance the ability of all agencies working with disabled children & young people (and their families) to be better able to meet the 5 Every Child Matters outcomes.
