Calling for feedback from any parents of children who have been attending any of the Sports Clubs clubs we have run this year ...

Please can you let us know (in your own words):

• have you enjoyed the short break
• have your children had a good time at the club, and
• would you like the clubs to continue next year (subject to us being able to get more funding).
